Custom Toll Blending and Private Label Services

We specialize in the manufacturing/toll blending and private label manufacturing and packaging of both liquid and select dry chemicals, with multiple service options:

Toll Blending – This can be set up as turn-key, where we procure all raw materials and packaging and then blend, package and ship according to specs. Or the client can provide all raw materials and packaging and we blend and package according to specs, with shipping managed by the client or by us. Hybrid options are possible as well.

• Liquid Chemical Blending – Our custom liquid blending operation features multiple options, including a heated 10,000-gallon stainless steel blend tank with the capacity to produce large-scale homogeneous batches. Custom dilutions are a common client need.
• Powder/Dry Chemical Blending – We also offer select dry blending and packaging, including Water Soluble Bag filling and packing for powders with outer foil.

Custom Chemical Packaging and Repackaging – We package materials to specification, having close business relationships with major packaging and chemical suppliers, so if we don’t have the size or style needed, we can get it. We furnish the facility and labor to repackage bulk material into smaller containers or consolidate smaller containers into bulk.

• Filling and packaging options range from small containers to 4,500 gallon tanker truckloads. 2 ounce bottle, quart, gallon, 5 gallon, 55 gallon, 275 gallon and other size options are available.

Private Label Services – Our product mix is available for customers to help build their branding and increase revenue using a client’s label, or our design team can work with you to create a custom-branded private label.

• Hazardous / Non-Hazardous – We offer blending and packaging solutions for both hazardous and non-hazardous products.
• SDS / Product Review – We take safety seriously and have dedicated HAZMAT trained employees to ensure that our products are packaged and shipped safely, adhering to all local and federal regulations from OSHA and DOT. We provide safety data sheets specific to each blend.
• Shipping / Delivery – We offer flexible delivery options for our blended products, and can usually ship within 3 business days. We can load client trucks or tankers with product, or use an approved common carrier. Our facility’s location in Liberty, Missouri is in the heart of America, making for convenient interstate access throughout the U.S. for quick delivery on our customers’ product needs.
